Qualia Quotient

The Qualia Quotient is a simple tool with which we can measure the how we are living up to our values – the ideals we live by. There is an Interest level and a Participation Level, each measured between zero and ten. We must lower or raise our Participation and/or our Interest Level in various landscapes, like at work, or at home, or at play.
